Ducts collect what the air carries: dust, debris, and in Florida's humidity, the occasional microbial growth on a neglected coil or drain pan. Cleaning removes that buildup from ductwork that's otherwise sound — and the inspection that comes first tells us whether cleaning is actually what you need.
We inspect before we clean. If the ducts are leaking, crushed, or falling apart, cleaning is the wrong service — duct repair is. We'll tell you which one fits.
When Duct Cleaning Makes Sense
Visible dust blowing from registers. Debris from a renovation that ran the system without protection. A home that's sat vacant. Musty odors when the system starts — often the coil or drain pan, which we check as part of the visit.
What cleaning doesn't do: fix leaks, resize undersized ducts, or repair damage. That's ductwork service, and we'd rather sell you the right job than the requested one.
How We Clean
We agitate and extract debris from the supply and return runs with the system under negative pressure, so dislodged dust goes into our equipment — not into your rooms. Registers come off and get cleaned. The coil and drain pan get inspected, because a dirty coil or a slimy pan is often the real source of odors blamed on 'dirty ducts.'
After the Cleaning
We show you what came out and what we found: the ducts' condition, any leaks or damage spotted along the way, and whether the system needs anything else. If the ducts are sound, you're done. If they're not, you get a written quote for the real fix — no pressure, just the facts.
Common questions
How often should ducts be cleaned?
Only as needed — there's no calendar for it. Renovation debris, visible dust from registers, or odors traced to the system are the triggers, not the passage of time.
Will duct cleaning help my allergies?
It removes dust and debris from the ducts, which helps with what's circulating. But we make no medical claims — and if the ducts are leaking attic air, sealing them matters more than cleaning them.
Can you clean ducts in a condo?
Yes. Mention the building when you call (561) 786-1337 so we can plan access to the air handler and equipment.
